Reference to subprecinct A refers to the primary evidence by the current landowners, which was not pursued following further liaison with the responsible Council planner and other Redhills landowner groups prior to the Topic 081 Hearings. Refer attached extract. 2. Apart from the property at 2-4 Dunlop Rd, former subprecinct A does coincide with the land interest of Universal. 3. Detail evidence will be provided on behalf of Universal Homes by 12 January The rationale for the proposed extension of the Commercial activities to gate Drive has been summarised in Submission point 203.1, including: a. The existing activities on the eastern side of Don Buck Rd (segment between Fred Taylor Dr and gate Dr intersections) are of a commercial nature and does not reflect its Light Industrial zoning. Refer to the image below. b. Extending the Commercial activities to gate Dr encompasses the full extent of the THAB zone adjacent to Don Buck Rd. a. This THAB strip provides a transition between the gate/massey North Metropolitan Centre and the rest of the Redhills THAB and Redhills MHU zones. b.
