It is an efficient design and stays cool in the summers. There is blown insulation under the roof. The property has 4 lots and a little more than a third of an acre. The backyard is private with tall trees. There is a labyrinth walk and terraces and garden spaces. Bosch Dishwasher, 2 sinks, Frigidaire 5-burner gas stove with stainless exhaust hood. Garbage disposal, Frigidaire Stainless refrigerator and freezer. Built-in cookbook bookcase, bar for appliances. Guest Bathroom: GFC breaker, tub and shower all tiled, original Crane fixtures, cherry counter around the sink. New maple floor. Laundry Room: Sink & cement floor. Washer & drier stay. Guest Bedroom: Very light and private facing the garden and 2 private courtyards. Closets. Garage: One-car, an SUV will fit, partially heated by furnace unit, workbench, utility room with wood storage for fireplace through a door, plumbing access. Den: small with Ponderosa Pine walls and cupboards.

3 South Wing: Architect designed, built in 1967, mosaic floor of dog when you enter, separate Weil McLain boiler for baseboard radiant heat and new Energy Star hot water heater. Master Bathroom: all remodeled, stone counter, copper sink, shower with subway tile, historic nickel plated fixtures. Master Bedroom: central light fixture. New oak floor, there are storm windows and screens, window shades convey. The room has been plastered, the bookcases will not convey. This is a very unique and well maintained and updated property on the south side of Bozeman. The house was all repainted in the summer of 2014 and the Guest House which was updated inside also.
