3 SIXTH AMENDMENT TO CONDOMINIUM OFFERING PLAN INTRODUCTION This Sixth Amendment modifies and supplements the tenus of the Condominium Offering Plan for the Premises known as 530 Park Avenue Condominium ("Condominium") located at 530 Park Avenue, New York, New York ("Building") dated June 18, 2012 ("Plan"), as previously amended. The terms of this Amendment are as follows: 1. CHANGE IN UNIT CONFIGURATION AND DESIGNATION Sponsor has elected to modify the configuration of the duplex unit located on the 7 th and 8 th floors of the Building currently designated as Unit 7C in the Condominium Declaration. Such Unit shall now be designated as Unit 8B and will be delivered in accordance with the revised Floor Plan, a copy of which is annexed hereto as Exhibit "A." Annexed hereto as Exhibit ''B'' is a revised "Schedule A - Purchase Prices and Related Information" which amongst other things, reflects the newly designated Unit SB. Sponsor will amend the Condominium Declaration to reflect the new configuration and designation prior to the closing of title to such unit. 2. INCORPORATION OF PLAN The Plan, as modified and supplemented by this and prior Amendments, is incorporated herein by reference with the same effect as if set forth at length. 3. DEFINITIONS Any term used in this Amendment not otheiwise defined herein shall have the same meaning ascribed to it in the Plan DOC 1
