1 Multifamily Housing Portfolio My firm, Duane Meyers AIA Architect, was established in 1992 with an emphasis on design and technology. The office is located on a 74 acre farm in the piney woods of East Texas. I am a Sole Proprietorship and currently licensed to practice in 11 states. Although my firm has always maintained a high design profile, it also specializes in low to midrange retail and multi-family housing projects. The technical backbone of the firm is state of the art hardware and so+ware allowing the absolute best use of time and energy. All projects produced in the office have the option of being viewed three dimensionally. This technology not only allows for great communication between Owner and Architect, but it also provides a tremendous design tool for bettering project design as it matures. The aesthetic and economic range of projects that emanate from my office give this firm an uncommon perspective on efficient building design. My approach on project development is truly unique because of the broad range of project types that I have had the opportunity to deliver to the market place.
