1 FOURTH YEAR AIR RIGHTS TOWER For the Fall 2015 semester, I worked in a team composed of five peers in order to create an Air Rights Development Master Plan proposal for Bay Village in Boston, MA. Our proposal focused on reconnecting the neighborhoods previously separated by the Massachusetts Turnpike by creating a diverse community that would be joined by numerous open spaces. Each of which at different scales to provide spaces for all types of activities. Parcel 16 Parcel 18 Parcel 19 We selected different parcels to individually focus on and I selected the parcel (17) with the tower. 2 The Tower was the most important design, being 610 feet tall, it is a central landmark within our teams proposal and becomes an end point to Bostons Spine. I made the tower 610 feet tall because that is an average of the Boston Spine helping it fit into the Boston Skyline. When designing the tower I thought about what an urban design for a Contemporary City would want to be. With this in mind, my tower design is contemporary and meant to be a model for new ideas of living. This project was published in the Wentworth Architecture Review v/7. 6 INDEPENDENT HAMPTON HOUSE This is a side project that I worked on over the summer. I combined the design elements from some of my favorite modern houses into one; forming my dream house with the garage located underground. I focused on the circulation of the floor plans. I wanted the interior to feel very spacious, but at the same time not feel overwhelmingly open. This house was designed to be over looking the water from a vantage point, like most Hampton homes. 8 Padio Plan My pool design combines the ideas of many different types of pools in order to create a truly unique pool. My design has an upper level pool with an indented seating area so you have the feeling of being in the pool. The upper pool has an infinity edge creating the illusion that it continues into the ocean and vanish into the horizon. The upper pool over flows into the lower level pool. The lower level pool has a beach style entrance meaning there are no steps or ladders. Instead the sand covered surface angles down into the pool creating the feeling of walking into the ocean. 9 PROFESSIONAL WORK 557 HIGHLAND TOWERS While I was interning at Wiedersum Associates Architects, I was given a set of the original hand drawn plans for 557 Highland Towers in FL. from I was tasked with recreating the plans in at 1/16 =1 to be used for renovation of each of the units. After I drafted typical floor plan, I separated the units in order to create a plan of each individual unit. Here are samples of what I drafted for the firm to use. 10 CAD Consultant for Peter Cook Architect East (Front) Elevation North Elevation Cross Section Cross Section PROFESSIONAL WORK 38 LOCKWOOD AVENUE West (Rear) Elevation South Elevation While I was working at Peter Cook Architect I was tasked with drafting the existing conditions of 38 Lockwood Avenue. These drawings were used for an extension and renovation proposals.

11 Second Floor Shortly after I drafted the existing conditions of 38 Lockwood Avenue, Peter Cook gave me his hand drawn proposals for the renovation and the extension off the rear of the house. 12 PROFESSIONAL WORK MILLSTONE AVENUE While I was working at Peter Cook Architect, I was tasked with drafting the existing conditions of Millstone Avenue (Modular Home) in. I was next tasked with drafting the proposed addition and renovations. These are a sample of some of what I created for the drawing set during design development.
