Land Development Plan: Valley Forge Military Academy, a 20,928 sq. ft. Athletic Program Support Facility on the west side of Radnor Road, at the north end of the existing football field and track in a R- 1 Residence District. (App. #10-98) 2. Land Development Plan, Preliminary: GMH Development, Inc. A 24,900 square foot office building on a 58,020 sq. ft. lot on the southeast corner of Lancaster Avenue and Valley Forge Road in a C-1 Commercial District. (App. #11-98) 3. Land Development Plan, Preliminary: Liberty Property Trust, construction of 159,000 sq. ft. of office space in two buildings on Chesterfield Parkway in a PIP - Planned Industrial Park District. (App. #12-98) 4. Land Development, Preliminary Plan: PECO Energy Co., 2 new office buildings totaling sq. ft. at the PECO facility between Cassatt and Howellville Roads in an OA - Office Apartment District. (App. #9-98) 4. Zoning: Petition of Dominion Corporate Center Associates, L.P. to amend Article 13-B, HO - Hotel Office District of the Tredyffrin Township Zoning Ordinance, creating provisions for Conditional Zoning Bonuses and Development by Conditional Use. 5. Zoning: Petition of Dominion Corporate Center Associates, L.P. to amend the Zoning Map of Tredyffrin Township by designating three tax parcels [ ,23,26.1] totaling 24+ acres as HO - Hotel Office District in lieu of the current OA - Office Apartment District. 6. (App. # Special Exception Review: Gary Karakelian, a proposed car wash at Valley Forge Road and West Anthony Wayne Drive at the former Wawa/Gulf Gasoline Station property in a C-2 Commercial District. Site Plan Review: Omnipoint Communications, Inc., installation of a utility box and a ten foot extension to an existing 87 foot high steel pole located in the AMTRAK right of way on the south side of the tracks west of North Valley Road.
