Collins Subdivision located at Demarco Lane in accordance with survey by Wm. J. Bodin Jr. dated 12/14/2010 into the City Limits of Hammond; and WHEREAS, an ini al zoning request to be C H (Commercial Highway) located at Demarco Lane requested by Muscadine LLC; and WHEREAS, Lot 1 A of the H.C. Collins Subdivision to be annexed as Hammond City Council District #3. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that the City Council of Hammond, Louisiana hereby approves: Sec on 1: The annexa on of Lot 1 A of the H.C. Collins Subdivision in accordance with survey by Wm. J. Bodin Jr. and said property as described as follows and a ached hereto and made a part thereof : A 2.70 acre parcel of land par cularly described as follows: Beginning at a point ' North and ' West from the center of Sec on 1, T7S R7E, to the point of beginning; THENCE North 89 degrees 59 minutes 23 seconds West a distance of feet; THENCE North 00 degrees 06 minutes 05 seconds West a distance of feet; THENCE North 89 degrees 56 minutes 31 seconds east a distance of feet; THENCE South a distance of feet; THENCE East a distance of feet; THENCE South 00 degrees 38 minutes and 17 seconds West a distance of feet; Back to the point of beginning.
