1 BOARD OF TRUSTEES JEFFERSON TOWNSHIP, MONTGOMERY COUNTY, OHIO RESOLUTION NO APPROVING ZONING MAP AMENDMENT RELATIVE TO FAIRGOURND/EVENT CENTER The Board of Trustees of Jefferson Township, Montgomery County, Ohio met at a special Board of Trustees meeting on the 6TH day of July, 2017, at 7:00 p.m. at the Mount Carmel Baptist Church located at 5370 Dayton-Liberty Road, with the following members present: Roy Mann James McGuire Russ Back Trustee moved for the adoption of the following Resolution: WHEREAS, The Jefferson Township Zoning Commissions has recommended the approval of zoning case JTZC , proposed map amendments for the fairgrounds and event center; and WHEREAS, This case poses map changes to the Jefferson Township Zoning Map creating a new zoning district known as F-1 Fairground/Event Center District; WHEREAS, On the 6th day of July, 2017 the Jefferson Township Board of Trustees held a special meeting, that was open to the public on the proposed map amendments in case JTZC ; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, Jefferson Township Board of Trustees amends the Jefferson Township Zoning Map to read: 1) See attached map. +--ifa to-0-4 br-1.
