5 MAP REVEWEXAMNATON FEES Records of Survey $500 per sheet or the cost of the service, whichever is less. f a record of survey includes a cover sheet which contains predominately technical information such as vicinity maps, legends, references, required statements, etc., that sheet shall not be counted in computing the $500 per sheet fee. The check should be made payable to Treasurer, Alameda County. The map filing fee is $9.00 for the first sheet plus $2.00 for each additional sheet. Checks should be made payable to the Treasurer, Alameda County. Amended Maps Two Hundred Dollars ($200) per sheet - checks should be made payable to Treasurer, Alameda County. Certificate of Correction Two Hundred Dollars ($200) per sheet - checks should be made payable to Treasurer, Alameda County. The recording fee is $15.00 for the first sheet plus $3.00 for each additional sheet. Checks should be made payable to the Treasurer. Alameda County. 6 For a 2-Lot Parcel Map - $3,000 review fee and $1,000 inspection fee For a 3-Lot Parcel Map - $3,500 review fee and $1,500 inspection fee For a 4-Lot Parcel Map - $4,000 review fee and $2,000 inspection fee [n all cases, the filing fee procedure is the same as noted above. 1. The review fee is an at cost deposit; therefore, any unused amount will be refunded to the applicant or additional deposits may be required to complete the review. No reviews will be performed if sufficient funds are not submitted. 2. The inspection fee must be submitted before the parcel map can be recorded. f the improvement work begins before the map is recorded, the inspection fee must be deposited before the work begins. n both cases, an encroachment andor grading permit will need to be obtained. This fee is also an at cost fee as described in Comment #1. fimprovements are to be deferred, there will be no initial charge for inspection fee at this time; however, a note must be included on the final map which states that an encroachment andor grading permit must be obtained for the improvement work required, and the Deferred lmprovement Agreement must be revised to include a paragraph regarding the estimated inspection costs as of the date of recording of the agreement. The applicant will need to submit fees for reviews since improvement plans will still need to be submitted.
