18 2225 SKYLAND COURT Four Marketing Team Marketing Team The Marketing Team we have assembled for this assignment is unique in its complementary capabilities. Under the direction of Team Leader, individual roles and responsibilities will be divided into the following primary functional areas. It should be noted that all Team Members will be available to Owner as needed, regardless of defined roles. Market and Property Expertise All Team Members will available to Owner for all market information relating to the Properties current and potential leasing/sale and positioning them to maximize their potential for successful transactions. Client Advisory will be the primary point person for 2225 Skyland Court. All Team Members will participate in any conference calls with Owner to discuss all marketing activities. Marketing All Team Members will be responsible for marketing efforts including cold calling, Broker marketing, and leveraging any relationships which would enhance lease-up. Showings All Team Members will be readily available for prospect meetings and property tours. Reporting will be responsible for creating regularly scheduled progress reports, which express all of the contacts and status of any prospects. Administrative The administrative elements of the project, which include overall process tracking and the development and distribution of all marketing and other materials, will be completed by the support team in our Atlanta office. 11
