1 COURSES APPROVED FOR CONTINUING EDUCATION BY THE NORTH DAKOTA APPRAISER BOARD In addition to the courses listed below, the ND Appraiser Board will accept courses that have been approved for qualifying and continuing education under the Course Approval Program (CAP) of the Appraiser Qualifications Board (AQB) of the Appraisal Foundation For a listing of the AQB approved qualifying and continuing education courses refer to the Appraisal Foundation website at: >>> Appraisal Qualifications Board>>>AQB Course Approval Program>>>AQB Approved Real Property Courses 11/5/2016 ND Real Estate Appraiser Rules require all state apprentice, licensed and certified appraisers complete a minimum 28 class hours* of continuing education in courses over a two-year renewal period.
