The farmer s market will be relocated in Penn Center, on Route 22 in Wilkins Township, in the parking area of Brewstone Restaurant (3466 William Penn Hwy). It will be each Wednesday beginning June 15 and ending October 26. It will run from 4 until 6:30pm each day for a fee of $20 per week. A discount is available with your commitment. Rules and regulations for the market and applications are available on our website at or by stopping by the municipal building at 110 Peffer Road, Turtle Creek Pa If you would like to join us, please submit your application as soon as possible. Rules and Regulations of The New Farmers Market of Wilkins Township Date Location Hours: 1. WILKINS TOWNSHIP will debut their New Farmers Market of Wilkins Township beginning Wednesday June 15 to October 26, RAIN OR SHINE located at 3466 William Penn Highway (front lot at former site of Brewstone s Restaurant) from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Vendors are permitted to setup at 3:00 p.m. Sales will begin at 4:00 p.m. Clean-up will begin at the vendors discretion, however, each vendor is asked to have their area cleared, cleaned and stand removed no later than 7:00 p.m. Our intention: 1. We, the New Farmers Market Committee and members of the Wilkins Township Recreation Advisory Board represent Wilkins Township as a non-profit organization. The goal of this event is to bring a Farmers Market to our township to bring our community and neighboring communities together to have the opportunity of produce and homemade products from local vendors. 2. It is our desire to have the New Farmers Market in our township on a long term basis. 3. We ask that you complete the attached application along with a non-refundable commitment fee of $60.00 due on or before May 15 th for the month of June. Checks payable to: Wilkins Township Farmers Market 110 Peffer Road Turtle Creek Pa Restrictions: 1) Electricity will not be provided. 2) No water will be provided. 3) No generators, permitted. 4) Restroom usage available at nearby businesses. 5) Trash cans will be provided by the Township.

3 Operation of Vendor Stands. 1) Vendors must ensure that their stands are safe for the shopping public. 2) Vendors must provide their own tents and tables and must anchor them sufficiently with weights so that they will remain safe and secure in windy conditions. 3) Vendor setup and cleanup. Vendors may enter the lot for set up at 3:00 pm and shall be fully set up by 4:00 p.m. Vendors are required to have their area cleared no later than 7:00pm. 4) Each vendor must post a sign or placard in their stall that identifies them and the location of their farm or place of business. 5) Vendors must display prices for all products being offered for sale. Liability. Vendors shall provide evidence of commercial general liability, automobile, and workers compensation insurance Vendors are required to name the Township of Wilkins, the Township s officers, employees and volunteers as additional insured on their general liability policy. Vendors waive all rights or claims against Wilkins Township and The New Farmers Market of Wilkins Township, Penn Center Management (property owner), together with their agents, officers, directors, volunteers, and employees, and shall indemnify such parties for any loss or claims arising from the vendor s participation in the Market.
