The Board of Commissioners being fully apprized of th e representations of the above named person(s), the records an d files herein finds as follows : 1. Tillamook County desires to acquire property related to th e Blaine 2 Road Project. 2. This Acquisition of An Easement is legally described in th e Permanent Easement in Exhibit A (incorporated here b y reference), dated July 24, The Easement is from Danie l Zene Crowe and Maryanne C. Crowe and conveys the property t o TILLAMOOK COUNTY for a true and actual CONSIDERATION O F $5, (five thousand six hundred dollars). 3. It is in the general health, safety and welfare interest s of the citizens of Tillamook County to accept the publi c road dedication as described. NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT : 4. The grant of the Permanent Easement described in Exhibit A is accepted on behalf of Tillamook County. Page 1 of 2

CROWE, Grantors, grants and conveys to Tillamook County, a political subdivision of the State of Oregon, Grantee, on behalf of the public, and for use of the public forever, a permanent easement for publi c road and right of way purposes (including the right to construct, operate and maintain a public road and all customary associated uses and appurtenant facilities), on the rea l property situated in the County of Tillamook and State of Oregon, described on th e attached Exhibit "A".
