Parcel 2 of the Property (as described in Exhibit A) is further depicted in Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Parcel 3 of the Property (as described in Exhibit A) is further depicted in Exhibit C attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. SUBJECT TO all non-delinquent real property taxes, special taxes and other assessments; all liens, encumbrances, easements, rights-of-way, covenants, conditions, restrictions, limitations, obligations and liabilities of record. Parcel 2: That certain portion of the area designated as McCormack Road as shown on the map of Liberty Island, Phase 1 filed for record in the Office of the County Recorder of Solano County, California, on December 15, 2006, in Book 84 of Maps at Page 10, consisting of the right-of-way and asphalt improvements from lip of gutter-to-lip of gutter, not including the existing curb and gutter, the landscape strip and the sidewalk, from Liberty Island Road to Province Path Road. Parcel 3: That certain portion of the area designated as Liberty Island Road as shown on the map of Liberty Island, Phase 1 filed for record in the Office of the County Recorder of Solano County, California, on December 15, 2006, in Book 84 of Maps at Page 10, consisting of the right-of-way and asphalt pavement from the lip-of-gutter to the lip-of-gutter, not including the existing curb and gutter, the landscape strip and the sidewalk from Street Y to Street P.
