10 Development Schedule Navy work within the residential area is expected to continue into 2022 Property will not be transferred to TIDA until after Navy remediation is complete TICD development work is not expected to enter the housing area until 2023 at the earliest TIDA and TIHDI are planning for the development of replacement housing Timing of construction will depend upon availability of project generated funding and possible external funding sources First building expected to begin construction in 2019
