YES NO In the case of a Zoning Permit within the Main Street Historic District, the permit also must be reviewed by the Historic Main Street Committee so that they can give advice and counsel upon matters concerning historic style and preservation. If the hook-up goes over the estimated cost the person requesting the services will be billed accordingly. If the hook-up fee is under the estimated cost the person requesting services will be refunded the overpayment. If the property is not located within 300 feet of a sewer line, you are not required to hook to the sewer. If a sewer hook-up is not possible, then an approved septic system must be installed. If a sewer line comes within 300 feet of the property at a later date, you will be required to hook up to the sewer within sixty (60) days of official notice.
