ATTACHMENTS: Resolution with the Warranty Deed attached as Exhibit A BACKGROUND: In conjunction with the Gateway mixed use project, the right-of-way known as Milwaukee A venue was previously deeded to the City of Dunedin by Pizzuti Dunedin LLC. With the Gateway development set to begin shortly, this right-of-way owned by the City now needs to officially be designated as a public right-of-way with the street designation of Milwaukee Avenue through attached Resolution

2 RESOLUTION A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF DUNEDIN, FLORIDA DEDICATING CITY-OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED BETWEEN SKINNER BOULEVARD AND MAIN STREET, KNOWN AS 600 MAIN STREET (PARCEL NUMBER ), AS A PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY AND PUBLIC STREET; DESIGNATING THE NAME OF SUCH PUBLIC STREET AS MILWAUKEE AVENUE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DUNEDIN, FLORIDA, IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED: Section 1. That the property located between Skinner Boulevard and Main Street, known as 600 Main Street (Parcel Number ), is hereby designated as a public right-of-way and street, and is more particularly legally described as follows: See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof. Section 2. Section 3. and adoption. That the subject street is hereby named Milwaukee Avenue.
