17 ACCOUNTANTS COMPILATION REPORT To the Members Riverview Towers LLC Management is responsible for the accompanying financial statements of Riverview Towers LLC ( Project ), which comprise the balance sheet as of September 30, 2017, and the related statement of operations for the one month and nine months then ended in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America. We have performed a compilation engagement in accordance with Statements on Standards for Accounting and Review Services promulgated by the Accounting and Review Services Committee of the AICPA. We did not audit or review the financial statements nor were we required to perform any procedures to verify the accuracy or completeness of the information provided by management. Accordingly, we do not express an opinion, a conclusion, nor provide any form of assurance on these financial statements. Accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America require that accounts payable be recorded. Management has informed us that the Project has not recorded accounts payable. Management has not determined the effects of these departures on the financial statements. Management has elected to omit substantially all of the disclosures and the statement of cash flows required by accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America. If the omitted disclosures and the statement of cash flows were included in the financial statements, they might influence the user s conclusions about the Project s assets, liabilities, equity, revenue, and expenses. Accordingly, the financial statements are not designed for those who are not informed about such matters. The accompanying budget of the Project for the year ending December 31, 2017, has not been compiled or examined by us, and, accordingly, we do not express an opinion or any other form of assurance on it. Management has elected to omit the summaries of significant assumptions and accounting policies required under established guidelines for presentation of prospective financial statements. If the omitted summaries were included in the budgeted information, they might influence the user s conclusions about the Project s budgeted information.
