19 Bieck page 19 #46 Gottlieb Koinke appears in Henry Bieck's family history both as Gottlieb Koinke and as August Gottlieb Koinke born 12 May 1800 (HB) married #47 Maria Rosine Wunsche or Rosine Marie Wunsche She was usually known as Maria or Mary, but had a second name Rosine. In the passenger list she appears as Maria R., in the record of her daughter Henriette's second marriage, just the name Rosine appears. Henry Bieck's family history calls her Rosalind Marie Wünsche, but Rosine is more likely than Rosalind. Much of the information on this person is derived from her gravestone, which is now difficult to decipher. The inscription was copied by the Manitowoc County Old Cemetery Society in the 1970s, and I have accepted their determinations. I assume Henry Bieck copied the inscription as his source for the information in his family history compiled in Henry Bieck gives the birth year as 1805, which may be an error, since other sources for her birth date make 1803 more likely. In addition, the Old Cemetery Society's collection reads her birthplace on the stone as "Bebnansdorf Preussen". The Grabs family was from Ober Neundorf <see above>, and it's possible that "Bebnansdorf" on the gravestone actually reads "Ober Neundorf". born 2 May 1803 Prussia (cem) died 16 September 1889 (cem,hb) buried Schleswig Cemetery, Rockville, Wisconsin (cem) immigrated to the United States in 1868 with her daughter Auguste and Anton Schmidt's family (passlist) living in the August Koinke household in Schleswig Township, Manitowoc County, Wisconsin, in 1870; living in the Anton Schmidt household in Schleswig Township in 1880
