I have taught at all levels of undergraduate and graduate design studio. I have coordinated both Basic Design Curriculums and Graduate Curriculums. Lecture courses include Introduction to Design (lecture/studio format up to 400 students) and Professional Practice (with an emphasis on Global Practice). I enjoy working directly with D. Arch. students and encourage creativity and discovery as essential ingredients of their study. I led several foreign study programs to Italy, Spain, Portugal, Belize, Guatemala and Ecuador with a focus on community involvement through From 2007 to present, my professional and educational interests have led to the development of study programs that have focused on East Asia, with an emphasis on China and Korea.
