1 No February 22, 2018 Suntory Group Notification Regarding Reorganization and Executive Appointments This is to notify that Suntory Holdings Limited will be reorganizing group companies and implementing their executive appointments. Details Reorganization Effective April 1, 2018 Reorganization of Suntory Holdings Limited The name of Corporate Communication will be changed to Corporate Sustainability. Sustainability Strategy and Corporate Communication Development within the same division will be reorganized to form the newly established Corporate Brand Strategy and Corporate Sustainability. In addition, the Public Relations under the same division will be placed directly under Suntory Holdings Limited to improve its capacity for communicating information to the media, etc. Reorganization of Suntory Business Systems Limited Collaborative Center will be newly established. Operations of the Diversity Promotion Section of Suntory Holdings Limited conducted by employees with intellectual disability will be transferred to the center. Operational support, diversity and inclusion will be promoted within the group by increasing points of contact with group employees. Reorganization of Suntory Liquors Limited To improve sales capabilities and agility in the Aichi, Mie and Gifu area, the Nagoya Marketing Office will be reorganized to form the newly established Sales & Marketing Tokai Area and the Tokai Branch. 1
