1 THE BARRY O'CONNELL TEAMS' COMPETITION The South Munster regional qualifier for the National Teams' Final took place at Cork Bridge Club on Sunday last, 5th February. Seven teams from the region competed under the, as ever, excellent and efficient Regional Tournament Director, Carmel Connolly. The top 4 placed teams will now engage in knock-out competitions to determine which team will represent South Munster at the National Teams' Final in Ballinasloe next April. President of the CBAI , representing North Midland Region John died peacefully at his home in the tender care of his loving family.
