Deirdre was no stranger to the bridge scene. She did a wonderful job on the day to day report on the Bridge Marathon for Cork Arc House in February 2006 and it is fitting that a night is set by for this event which will take place in the Munster Arms Hotel on Sunday the 30 th November at Light Refreshments will be served, Table Money 10. Your support would be greatly appreciated. 30 BRIDGE CHARITY EVENT will be held in The GAA Hall in Bishopstown (Ballineaspaig) on Sunday night 30th November at 7pm in aid of the School in Carrigaline that specialises in helping children with Autism. This is being organised by Phil Collins and the cause really needs fund to help these children SENIOR CAMROSE TRIALS - February 2015 Preliminary Notice The Teltscher Trophy is the Home International competition for Senior Teams and will be played over the week-end of 15 th to 17 th May 2015 in CityNorth Hotel, Gormanstown, Co Meath. One team from each of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Republic of Ireland and a Patron are eligible to compete. Trials to select a senior team to represent the Republic of Ireland will be held over the week-end of 20 th - 22 nd February 2015 in the Dublin area. Entries are invited from senior teams consisting of four or six players who are interested in representing the Republic of Ireland in the Teltscher Trophy. Notification of entry, accompanied by the entrance fee of 240 for team-of-four and 360 for team-of-six, should be received by the C.B.A.I. office on or before 23 rd. January The International Committee may accept entries after this date. SPECSAVERS COMPETITON The Region is extremely happy that the Specsavers Competition has become a regular feature on the bridge calendar.
