2 Bill Nr. 1 Preliminaries Bill Nr. 1/1 PRELIMINRIES NOTES : (1) The work shall be done during day time and night time according to CM/D requirements. (2) If CM decides to cancel any s listed in the Bills of Quantities, the Contractor shall not claim any compensation related to the works not executed. The amount for s cancelled will be deducted from the final Contract Sum. (3) Contractor shall provide the quantities according to the design, international and Macau regulations and site requirements, and the unit prices for reference. The contract is based on lump sum fixed price. (4) The lump sum amount is the Contract Price, in which the Contractor is deemed to have included all costs, expenses and profit necessary for the Contractor's proper execution and completion of all the designs, works, services and others in accordance with the Contract. (5) No Change in the quantities described in the Bills of Quantities proposed in the Contractor's Proposal shall entitle the Contractor to any additional payment, provided that such change is found necessary for the Contractor's proper execution and completion of all the designs, works, services and others in accordance with the Contract. 9 Bill Nr. 3 Demolition and & Works Bill Nr. 3 DEMOLITION ND & WORKS Demolition of existing part of Passenger Terminal Building adjacent to the new extension. The cut-off line of the demolition work shall suit the existing site conditions and the necessary alterations of existing PTB for integrating the new extension and the existing PTB. The Contractor shall provide temporary finish linings, covers, flashing plate, etc. for the cut-off line to match the existing finishes of the PTB to the satisfaction of CM. Provide a temporary weather proof external enclosure during the construction work. Demolition of existing E&M services to suit existing site conditions and the design of the extension shall be carried out without interruption to the normal operation of the passenger terminal. Disposal of all construction waste and debris.
