3 Swimming Pool

4 Lage Costa Paradiso is a resort at the sea. All of the houses harmonize in style and colour with the unique red granite cliffs. In this area you!ll find rocky bays with sunbathing platforms as well as the sandy beach of Li Cossi, which is considered to be one of the most beautiful beaches of the northwest. You can reach several more divine beaches within minutes by car, like Cala Sarraina or Marinedda at Isola Rossa. At the small harbour of the Costa Paradiso inflatable boats can be rent, with which secluded bays can be explored from the sea. In addition to this there is a diving centre with diving school. In the resort you!ll find supermarkets, restaurants and bars as well as further small stores and a pharmacy. Medical support is available during the summer months. Nearby towns include Trinita d Agultu, Badesi, Valledoria, Castelsardo and Santa Teresa (with Capo Testa). The hinterland called Gallura is worth seeing (hiking, cycling) with the towns Luogosanto and Tempio (centres in typical granite) and the Valle della Luna near Aggius. Villetta Petra Blu is located in a higher part of the Costa Paradiso. The house is independent, embedded in an unspoilt, mediterranean garden and surrounded by striking rock formations. The house is situated at the end of a dead end street. The property is a small green oasis. One feels like being in the countryside but just ca m distant to the sea (direct line). In the resort you!ll find supermarkets, restaurants and bars as well as further small stores and a pharmacy. The sandy beach of Costa Paradiso, Li Cossi, can be reached via a developed footpath along the cliffs. This path starts at the parking space at the small harbour. The harbour can be reached, from the house, by car within ca. 6 min. By walking along the footpath ca. 12 min, you get to Li Cossi beach, which can!t be attained by car.

5 Location

6 Property Description(1) Villetta Petra Blu is a charming home in one of the calmest and greenest locations at Costa Paradiso. The house is built offset levels on the hillside. On the veranda you can enjoy a splendid view across the sea and the isle of Corsica. There!s a large livingand dining-area with an open kitchen on a lower level. From here you!ll reach a veranda with outdoor dining area and BBQ. The next level has a bedroom with double bed and a shower bath. On the top level (house entrance) is a second bedroom with double bed. A staircase leads to a third, smaller bedroom (standing height 170 cm max.) with two single beds. Furthermore this area has a secound showerbath. Next to the house is a small pool (ca. 10 sqm), that is built-in into rock formations. Here you!ll find a terrace with deckchairs and seaview. The home can be reached by the street by walking a short track (50 m).

14 Property Description (2) The house has an air-condition (cold / warm) and Sat-TV. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, fridge and freeze, coffee machine, toaster, water boiler as well as enough glasses, tableware and other kitchen utensils. The bedding will be provided within a linen package according to German standards: Matresses with additional hygienic inlay and more molleton fabrics, with fitted sheets, four-season blankets (135 x 200 cm) with fitting duvet cover and pillows (40 x 80 cm) with congruent pillow cases. On site we are available for you or we!ll be represented by service partners. Together with our partners the handover of the keys and briefing will be organized, the linen package will be given over and we deal with any possible problems that may arise.
