Additional information is available for each property included in the auction. The properties included in this auction are subject to terms and conditions; these are available as part of the detailed informational package for each individual property. The properties will be sold via live auction which is scheduled for the evening of June 5, We will be conducting the auction at The Standard Club at 320 S. Plymouth Ct. in Chicago. A few of the properties will be sold via sealed-bid auction; all bids must be received by 5:00 p.m. CDT on the day of the live auction.
