Identify all sources of energy and all Isolating Device(s) to be locked and tagged Get permission from the person in charge of the equipment or process Obtain a lock box. Complete the Lock Box Form Use an Isolation Equipment Operator to Isolate all Energy sources De-energize all stored energy Install Red Project Locks & tags on the Energy Isolating device(s) Verify zero energy state Place the keys in the Lock box Is this a Cascading Lock Box Application Lock the box with the Blue Project Lock a Follow steps outlined in MPROC Using Cascading Lock Boxes 1.2 New Designated Tagger Taking over New Designated Tagger receives key for the blue project lock from the existing designated Tagger Print name on the lock box form Verify the integrity of the Lock Box Form, the Lock Box and its contents For further details on this process refer to Maintenance Standard Procedure: MPROC-60001
