7 KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT COUNTY DEED PROPERTY ACQUIRED AT RESALE WHEREAS, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, aquired title to the hereinafter desribed trat, parel, or lot of land for delinquent taxes, interest, penalties and osts in full ompliane with and by operation of the assessment, levy, sale and resale laws of the State of Oklahoma; and WHEREAS, D'ANDRE MILES did on November 14, 216, make to the County Treasurer of said County an offer to purhase from the County the trat, parel or lot of land hereinafter desribed: and WHEREAS. the County Treasurer aused notie of said offer to be given by publiation one a week for three onseutive weeks preeding the sale in the TULSA WORLD newspaper, published at Tulsa, Oklahoma, whih notie embraed a desription of the property, the amount bid therefore, in addition to all osts, the name of the bidder, a statement that the sale of the property so listed would be made at suh prie and to suh bidder unless higher bids were reeived on the date speified in said notie, and that the terms of sale were stridy for ash in hand, subjet to the approval of the Board of County Commissioners: and WHEREAS, the County Treasurer, at his offie in the Court House in Tulsa County, Oklahoma on January 24, 217, the same being the date stated in the foregoing notie, did announe that the hereinafter desribed trat, lot or parel of land was about to be sold and would be sold to the highest ompetitive bidder, and thereafter, upon due onsideration of the original bid offered and advertised and all other bids offered on the day above mentioned, asertained offiially that BOB G MOORE had offered the highest ompetitive bid, and did delare the sale made; and transmitted to the Board of County Commissioners a transript of the proeedings relating to said sale, THEREAFTER, the Board of County Commissioners of the aforesaid County and State, being in legal meeting at the Court House in said Tulsa County, Oklahoma, on January 3, 217, and having before it the transript of proeedings of the County Treasurer in the sale of the hereinafter desribed trat, parel, or lot of land as aforesaid, upon due onsideration found said proeedings to be aording to law, that said BOB G MOORE had in fat made the highest ompetitive bid therefore and had made full tender in ash in hand for the amount of bid and in addition the separate and additional harges arued by reason of osts of said sale, that said sale should be approved; and then did, by order, duly made and entered on its reords, approve said sale and direted its hairperson to exeute a deed for the same to the grantee, herein.
