35 23 The successful Bidder shall, after making full payment of sale price within 15 days of acceptance of bid/offer or such extended period, not more than 60 days from the date of auction, as may be granted by the AO at his sole and absolute discretion, arrange to take possession of the Secured Assets immediately thereafter. It is explicitly stated that once the Sale Certificate is issued by the AO, the AO shall not be held responsible for security and safe-keeping of the Secured Assets.
