COASTAL PROJECTS LIMITED ( the Borrower ) AND OWNED BY THE MORTGAGORS AND GUARANTORS, viz. SHRI K T GOVINDA GOWDA & SMT. G ANURADHA. The undersigned being the Authorised Officer ( AO ) on behalf of IDBI Bank Limited ( IDBI ) invites Bids/Offers from reputed and genuine parties for purchase of following immovable property through e-auction under the provisions of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 ( the Act ) read with the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002 ( the Rules ), of the Act, possession whereof has been taken by the AO, IDBI on February2, Description of the Secured Assets: All that piece and parcel of land, owned by the mortgagors and guarantors, viz. AO may retain EMD of top three bidders up to 3 months from the date of opening of the bids. The balance amount of the sale price is to be paid within 15 days of the confirmation of the sale or such extended period as may be agreed to by the AO. In case of failure to deposit the balance amount by the successful bidder within the prescribed period, the deposited amount, including EMD, shall be forfeited.

5 4 Gist of the terms & conditions appearing in Bid Document: a) The Secured Asset is proposed to be sold on as is where is, what is there is and without recourse basis. b) The Secured Asset shall not be sold below the RP. c) The AO will not take responsibility for any dues (statutory or otherwise) outstanding as on date and yet to fall due, including dues that may affect transfer of property in the name of the successful bidder and such dues, if any, will have to be borne by the successful purchaser. IDBI does not take any responsibility to provide information on the same. The successful bidder would be required to bear all the necessary expenses like stamp duty, registration, expenses, tax liabilities, if any, etc. for transfer of secured asset. d) The Secured Asset mentioned in the Bid Document are based on the charges/mortgages created by the Borrower in favour of IDBI, the details whereof are given in the Bid Document. Interested parties are requested to verify the details of the Secured Asset and inspect the records relating to mortgaged assets available with AO on request. e) The Secured Asset is being sold free from charges and encumbrances of Secured Creditors only. f) Secured creditors do not take responsibility for any errors/omissions/discrepancy/shortfall etc. in the Secured Asset or for procuring any permissions etc. or for the dues of any authority established by law. g) For e-auction registration/support contact M/s. Coastal Projects Limited and the mortgagors and guarantors, viz.shri K T Govinda Gowda and Smt. G Anuradha to pay the sum as mentioned therein along interest and ancillary expenses up to the date before e-auction, failing which the Secured Asset will be e-auctioned/sold and balance dues, if any, will be recovered with interest and cost. n) This Notice shall also serve as Notice under Sub Rule (6) of Rule (8) of Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002 to the Borrower, viz.
