THE CTY COUCL OF THE CTY OF WEST HOLLYWOOD DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTO 1. Farhad Hanasab is the owner of the property generally described and has granted the City of West Hollywood an easement and right of way for such portions of property more particularly described in Attachment A of the Easements for Public Street and Sidewalk Purposes attached hereto; SECTO 2. The City Engineer has reviewed, approved and recommends acceptance of the Easement for Public Street and Sidewalk Purposes; and. SECTO 3. All legal prerequisites to the acceptance of this grant and the adoption of this resolution have occurred. SECTO 4. The City Council of the City of West Hollywood does hereby accept the grant of Easement for Public Street and Sidewalk Purposes attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Attachment A from Farhad Hanasab and consents to recordation of the grant of easement. SECTO 5. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause the Easement for Public Street and Sidewalk Purposes to be recorded on behalf of the City of West Hollywood in the Office of the County Recorder and to execute any and all other documents as may be necessary or convenient to effect the recordation, and to certify to the adoption of this resolution.
