Call to Order - A meeting of the Township of Stone Mills Committee of Adjustment was called to Order on in the Centreville Hall located at 4504 County Road 4 in Centreville at 5:00 p.m. 2. Approval of Agenda a. Agenda Be It Resolved That the agenda of this meeting of is adopted as presented. 3. Disclosure of Conflicts of Pecuniary Interest or the General
2 Nature Thereof a. Member Declarations No pecuniary interest or the general nature thereof was declared by any Member 4. Approval of Minutes a. Minutes of February 10, 2016 Be It Resolved That the Minutes of February 10, 2016 be adopted as presented. 5. Business Arising From Minutes a. Business Introduced No business arose from the minutes 6. New Business a. Consent File B C, Paudyn Application That the application submitted by Richard Paudyn Junior, Krysta Paudyn, and Paul Paudyn, under File Number B C is approved subject to the conditions provided for herein.
3 CONDITIONS: 1. Outstanding Taxes Paid - That all outstanding property taxes shall be paid to the Treasurer of the Township of Stone Mills. 2. Plan Of Survey Required - That the severed parcel be described by a plan of survey which clearly illustrates the dimensions and areas of all parts identified therein, and this plan shall be deposited in the Land Registry Office of the County of Lennox and Addington, unless an exemption is obtained from the Land Registry Office of the County of Lennox and Addington waiving the need for a plan of survey.the owner shall provide digital copies of the plan of survey to the Township and the digital copies shall be in the form of a shape file together with a pdf file, and these files shall be prepared to the satisfaction of the Township. 3. County Entrance Permit - The applicant must obtain an entrance permit from the County to authorize the change in use of the existing southern entrance to the proposed consolidated lot from a field entrance to a residential entrance and further that this permit will require the removal of the existing field entrance located near the north property line. The removal of this entrance is required such that the minimum entrance spacing of 150m (492 ft) as required by County By-law 2207/87 can be obtained to the new residential entrance. The entrance permit will specify the required construction details for the new entrance as well as restoration requirements for the removed entrance area. 4. Merging Of Lots - The Applicant shall provide for the merging of title of the severed parcel of land with the Parcel of land abutting thereto; identified as Concession 7 Part Lot 24, Reference Plan 29R856 Part 1, County Road 4 and further identified by Property Identification Number Transfer Required - The applicant or his/her solicitor shall prepare a transfer or such other legal document to provide for the giving of the consent and endorsement by the official of the Township. ADVISEMENTS: Township Of Stone Mills 1. The applicants are advised that all conditions of approval must be satisfied within 1 year from the giving of this Notice in accordance
4 with Section 53(41) of the Planning Act. 2. Evidence of the satisfying of each condition as provided within this Notice of Decision shall be provided to the Township of Stone Mills and to the satisfaction of the Township of Stone Mills. 3. All costs relating to the satisfying of any and all conditions as provided within this Notice of Decision are those of the applicant unless specifically otherwise provided. Quinte Conservation Authority 1. A portion of the subject lands lie wihin the regulated area of wetlands which drain into Camden Lake.The owners will need to apply to the Conservation Authority for a permit prior to development (construction/filling/excavation/sitegrading) within 30 meters of the wetlands.through the permit application process, the Authority will idenitfy any potential concerns associated with any natural hazards on the subject lands, and review the permit application in light of Regulation and Authority policies before deciding to issue or deny the permit. b. Consent File B C - B C, Hudgins Applications Be It Resolved That the applications submitted by the Estate of Burton Price Hudgins under file Numbers B C through B C inclusive, be deferred pending a determination of the impacts of the Strathcona Paper Mill on the proposed lots. 7.
