Scott, P E., Executive Director Recommended Action: I RECOMMEND THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ACCEPT AND APPROVE FOR RECORDING THE PLAT OF THE COVE AT EAST LAKE WOODLANDS, LOCATED IN THE SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST; ACCEPT FOR RECORDING A SIDEWALK GUARANTEE; AND ACCEPT FOR RECORDING A PRIVATE STREET SIGN INSTALLATION GUARANTEE Summary Explanation/Backgund: The plat is a requirement of Site Plan Number , reviewed for a twelve-lot private residential subdivision. The site is located along the east side of East Lake Road, appximately 3,500 feet north of Tampa Road. There will be one home constructed on each lot by Deeb Family Homes.
