Damaged rotten wood in the exterior and interior. Potential buyer wants to move the structure outside Brownsville city limits. Staff Recommendation Staff recommends DEMOLITION. However, the structure may be saved by moving it but it requires more time. If the DEMOLITION is approved, it must be under the following conditions: 1) Brackets and any siding is subject to be reused or donated. HPO will determine the benefactor. HPDRB

43 Staff Recommendation Staff recommends TO APPROVE the design subject to the following conditions: 1) Build the porch columns as thin as possible (4 x 4 to 6 x 6 ). 2) Facades to be built with horizontal HardiePlank lap siding rather than brick. 3) Final paint color to be approved by the Historic Preservation Officer, following the color patterns typical of Brownsville.
