Catering solicitations - Proposals from Castle Catering and White Apron catering. Castle did not try and will be thrown out. White Apron put a thoughtful proposal together. Get quotes from Muddy River (Peter Goodwin has a contact) and 1 other catering company. Itemize optional adders for chair and table rentals as well as beer/wine. b. Hotel solicitations 2 proposals received. $200/night plus $18/parking is attractive. John to obtain additional paperwork on confirming block out. 2. Past President s Dinner - 10/14/16 at Brown s Lobster. 5pm cocktail, 6pm dinner a. Invitations Peter to finalize and mail out by Friday Aug 26. Kristin to send contact list in excel format to Peter to make mailing labels. 3. Biography Committee MJ has been working to generate bios for deceased past presidents. Goal will be to complete by Sept coordination meeting. 4. Promotional items a. 450 anniversary pins Ray to finalize order for attached pins. b.
