Back to the River Vision 1 Part 1 Concep t Design and Costing for: Background information collection and analysis Proposed pedestrian bridge crossing East and west bridge landing area to facilitate circulation to and from the new bridge Upgrades to east and west walkway area, focusing on safety, accessibility, and aesthetic improvements Conclusion February, 2016 Part 2 Detailed Design and Implementation Detailed design and tendering is planned for winter/spring 2016 Construction is planned for summer/fall 2016
