3 JESSE SYMYNKYWICZ, ASLA Vice President Jesse provides unique and contextually sensitive design solutions while maintaining a focus on delivering quality, cost effective, and buildable landscapes. Jesse is fluent through all phases of the design process, and works comfortably with clients and consultants to coordinate projects from concept through construction. His adeptness in aesthetic and functional design, graphic and verbal communication, construction materials and methods, natural and economic sustainability, natural systems, vegetation, and human dimensions assures successful projects in today s complex building environment. As a Principal Landscape Architect, Jesse coordinates sensitive, strategic and value-added site planning services. Jesse concentrates his efforts on integrating the ground plane into the urban fabric and bringing added value to private spaces on multi-family housing, community and corporate projects by enhancing amenity decks and rooftops, adding shade structures, pools, gardens, dining and entertainment gathering spaces for users. He furthers the firm s commitment to sustainable design, and works closely with the team to determine the most appropriate approach to sustainable initiatives. He works collaboratively with Owners and consultants to unify site and building design by incorporating best management practices.
