Most of the time it will be just you and our downstairs roommate. Everyone here is quiet and clean. Newer (2014) 4/3 house in Clovis (Ashlan & De Wolf) in a quiet neighborhood on a private cul-de-sac. Option A: upstairs Master (unfurnished or furnished with king size bed) and gorgeous custom walk-in closet. Plenty of room for you to add a desk or other furniture. $800/mo Option B: upstairs private bedroom (unfurnished or furnished w/ queen bed) w/ good size closet, private full bathroom (not a suite). $600/mo. We can also consider renting you both bedrooms so you could use one as a bedroom and the other as office/storage. You will share the fridge and walk-in pantry with Trevor, again he is rarely home and will not keep much food in the house. Our other roommate has private fridge and pantry.
