1 General JHMR Employee Housing Information The following will give you a brief overview of the 3 different JHMR employee housing properties. Availability: First come, first serve for current full-time employees or those with a full-time job offer from a JHMR hiring manager. Those without job offers will be added to the waitlist until interview and job offer is extended and accepted. Bed/bath linens, kitchen utensils, and cleaning services/supplies are not provided. Must be employed by JHMR full-time (30+ hours per week) & remain in good standing. Employee(s) will be allowed to live in housing for a maximum of 2 consecutive seasons. Smoking, pets and illegal drugs/activity are not permitted. s by appointment Monday Friday, 8am 5pm. and first month s rent must be paid prior to or upon arrival. o $35 fee for after-hours move-ins. Roommate Assignments: We have set up a Facebook group (JHMR Employee Housing Community) that will allow you to connect with other people who are also interested in these housing opportunities. If you find someone you want to live with, please inform the employee housing manager and we will do our best to pair you up. Otherwise, roommate assignments will be at random. Interested? Powderhorn Employee Housing - 4 bedroom, 2 bath apartment This quiet location, within the town limits of Jackson, WY is a short walk to bus stops, bike paths, grocery stores, restaurants, retail shops, movie theatres, barber shops, coffee shops, and a post office. Each unit has a living room with a TV, kitchen with appliances, storage room/space, outside patio and 2 full bathrooms. Each tenant has their own private 110 ft 2 bedroom with a twin bed, night stand, desk and closet space. Each bedroom locks off from the rest of the unit. There is ample storage for bikes/skis and there are coin-operated laundry facilities on each floor of each building. : $800 Due before or upon arrival. $185 of deposit is non-refundable in order to cover cost of a professional deep cleaning of the apartment at end of lease term. Aspen Meadows Employee Housing Deluxe Studio with 1 bath Located within the town limits of Jackson, WY Aspen Meadows apartments are only a short walk to bus stops, bike paths, grocery stores, restaurants, retail shops, movie theatres, barber shops, post office and coffee shops. The studio apartments are furnished with two twin beds, night stand, table, chairs and a couch*. : $600 Due before or upon arrival. $150 of deposit is non-refundable to cover cost of a professional deep cleaning of the apartment at end of lease term. Rent: $585/month/person (includes utilities, water and trash removal. Rawhide Motel Room with 2 queens and 1 bath The Rawhide Motel is located in the heart of Jackson near public transportation, restaurants, post office, a movie theater and much more. Most rooms (shared with 1 other person) have 2 queen-size beds, a mini-fridge and a microwave. There are a limited number of rooms with a single queen-size bed that are ideal for couples.
