2 Euroa Butter Factory Working at the Euora Butter Factory is always a challenge. The owner Rebecca is a vibrant young business woman who sees direction. She sets us many varied tasks to restore the magnificent and solid old building including renovations to the bathrooms, staircase, building a new server and store, a dry room and pergola. It s a very relaxing place to go to work Residential Renovation Projects Connecting Two Houses Joining two houses together to make one house can be cost effective. The owners decided that after 38 years they had to renovate their home because it was very outdated and did not function as a family home any longer. A second story addition was an option, however the house next door came up for sale and this was an opportunity to purchase an additional parcel of land which gave the owners a total area of m2 of land with two houses, there is enough room to retain the hills hoist. The houses have the same frontage appearance which was a good start to have a designer engaged to do preliminary drawings. The final drawings gave us a connecting entrance in the middle of the two homes with high ceiling, 4 bedrooms, 2 family rooms, a formal lounge, two gallery walk ways to each house, a butler's kitchen, dining, alfresco area, library and double garages. 6 Residential Building Projects House on the Hill at Gooram When Matt visited the site to build the house on the hill near Mt Cecilia he said to the customer that he needs to build a road from the main road to the house site. So the bulldozers were engaged to construct the winding road to the house location and also further up the hill to where the machinery shed was erected. The House was a challenge to all the trades who worked there because they all had to work out of the ordinary. From the living area and the main bedroom, the views of the hills are magnificent. The open living has high rake/bell ceilings spanning 14,200 mm. With 30o pitch gal roof, a verandah with balustrade all the way around the house. This is a spectacular house on the hill with a modest outlook.
