Ms. No. 209, Planning, Development and Special No. II(2)/PDSI/717(a-1)/2010. the lands specified in the Schedule below and situated in Kodambakkam Village, Mambalam-Guindy Taluk, Chennai District have to be acquired for a public purpose, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of funds provided by the Chennai Metro Rail Limited, the following Declaration is issued under Section 6 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (Central Act I of 1894): the lands specified in the Schedule below and measuring Square feet or 65.5 Square meter be the same a little more or less are needed for public purpose to wit, for the implementation of Chennai Metro Rail Project.
