Minesing, Ontaio LOL 1Y2 Canada NOTICE OF REFUSAL OF APPLICATION TO AMEND ZONING BY-LAW 5000, AS AMENDED SUBJECT- ZB EEK PIT PROPOSAL TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Township of Spingwate at thei meeting held on Januay 20, 2016, has made a decision to REFUSE the subject application. Township Council efused the poposed zoning by-law amendment on the basis that the application facilitates the encoachment of the pit opeation on existing/futue esidential uses esulting in the continuation of aggegate extactive impacts on esidents located within the settlement aea of Cente Vespa. EXPLANATION OF THE PURPOSE AND EFFECT OF THE APPLICATION THE PURPOSE of the poposed zoning by-law amendment was to ezone lands located in Pat of Lot 21, Concession 9, fome Township of Vespa, now in the Township of Spingwate, municipally known as 3568 Baie Hill Road fom the Agicultual (A) and Envionmental Potection (EP) Zones to the Extactive Industial Hold [ME-(H)] Zone. The effect of the amendment was to pemit the expansion of the existing neighbouing aggegate opeation onto the subject lands. And take notice that any peson o agency may appeal to the Ontaio Municipal Boad in espect of the efusal by filing with the Planning Depatment of The Copoation of the Township of Spingwate not late than the 11th day of Febuay, 2016 a completed Appellant Fom (A1), available fom the Planning Depatment o the Ontaio Municipal Boad's website, accompanied by the fee pescibed unde the Ontaio Municipal Boad Act, R.S.O. 1990, s.100, Chap The fee fo an appeal to the Ontaio Municipal Boad is $ The cheque is payable to the "Ministe of Finance" and must be cetified.
