1 Steven is an of Aedas with over 20 years of international design experience from practicing in Singapore, India and Hong Kong and has acquired a comprehensive knowledge in all stages of projects from design inception to project completion. Steven is especially familiar with Southeast Asian and PRC projects, ranging from large master plans, mixed-use & residential, resorts & hospitality as well as commercial & retail designs. His award winning projects include the Anantara, Muscat, Oman for Best Hotel Design of Year 2009 at the Kingdom Hotel Expansion and Investment Summit and The Cityscape China Real Estate Award in 2008 for CapitaLand s La Cite Residential and Mixed Development in Foshan, PRC. He has recently won the American Institute of Architects Award for the International Airport Terminal 2, Hangzhou, PRC He was also part of the team that developed the Marina South Cruise Centre Masterplan in Singapore for Maritime Port Authority, Singapore and was involved in preparing the Gardens-By-the Bay competition brief for the National Parks Board.
