WHEREAS it is deemed necessay to ente into and execute an Easement; NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Copoation of the City of Bampton heeby ENACTS as follows: 1. That the Copoation of the City of Bampton ente into and execute an Easement with The Regional Municipality of Peel attached heeto as Schedule 'A'. 2. That the Mayo and the Clek ae heeby authoized to affix thei signatues to the said Easement. READ a FIRST SECOND and THIRD TIME and PASSED in Open Council this 23d day of May 1978.
