Approve Minutes of the Regular Meeting of February 2, Construction Items a) Consider for approval five change orders as reviewed and recommended by the Construction Committee and one release of retainage per the attached schedule. Board Paper Land Acquisition a) Consider for approval purchase of property per the attached schedule. 5. Indianapolis International a) Consider for approval a one year contract extension until March 4, 2008 with Star Products LLC to supply janitorial items for the estimated amount of $261,000 based on current usage. DBE 0%, MBE 100% (Star Products LLC), WBE 0%. Board Paper Operating b) Consider for approval First Amendment to Airport Use Permit with C.P. Group, Inc. d/b/a Adams Food Service providing service for mobile catering. The First Amendment provides for an extended term of approximately two years, commencing April 1, 2007 and terminating March 31, 2009 at the continued rental rate of eight percent (8%) of gross monthly receipts. Board Paper c) Consider for approval the Grant of a Gas Line Easement to Citizens Gas across Authority land and Federal Express leased land to accommodate the expansion of the Hub Facility. Board Paper d) Consider for approval an Office Lease Agreement with Diamond Services, Inc. for the lease of office space on the third floor of the Administration Building. The agreement commences February 1, 2007 and terminates January 31, Annual revenue will be $2,826. Board Paper
2 e) Consider for approval Airport Janitorial Services Permit with SC Unlimited, Inc. to provide janitorial services within the terminal. The Airport Use Permit provides for a term of approximately 18 months commencing March 2, 2007 and terminating August 31, Rental will be based on eight percent (8%) of gross monthly sales. Board Paper f) Consider for approval Supplemental Agreement Number 2 in the amount of $566 to CJM Contractors, Inc., for additional work on the Residential Sound Insulation Program project, I-95-14X.1 as reviewed and recommended by the Construction Committee. Armstrong & Associates Inc. in the amount of $132, plus expenses estimated at $9, for the design of the Repair Tug Roads project, I-06-3 as reviewed and recommended by the Construction Committee. Board Paper CIP h) Consider for approval the following for the 2007 Snow Removal Equipment Project, I A: A budget amount of $325,000. Plans and Specifications for and authorize the public bidding process for the purchase of a fully equipped snowplow truck (replacement) at an estimated cost not to exceed $200,000. An award of contract to Batts Incorporated of Advance Indiana for the refurbishment of the airfield chemical spraytanker at a not to exceed cost of $125,000. D/M/WBE 0%. Armstrong & Associates and authorize the public bidding process for the Cargo Apron Construction project Phase II, I-06-1B as reviewed and recommended by the Construction Committee. 3 k) Consider for approval the Northeast Cargo Apron Rehabilitation project, I-06-8, and an award of contract to Woolpert Inc. in the amount of $124,320 plus expenses estimated at $6,080 for the design & inspection, as reviewed and recommended by the Construction Committee. DBE 15.6% (CAD-Vantage Inc. and Eastern Engineering Inc.), MBE 12.8% (CAD-Vantage Inc.), WBE 25.7% (Frontline Construction Inspection Inc. and Eastern Engineering Inc.). Board Paper CIP l) Consider for approval an increase to the contract with Woolpert Inc. in the amount of $21,000 for additional survey work on the Transmission Line Relocation project, I DBE 11% (CAD- Vantage), MBE 11% (CAD-Vantage), WBE 0%. Board Paper CIP 6. Eagle Creek 7. Metropolitan 8. Downtown Heliport a) Consider for approval the Hangar, Administrative Office and Parking Lease Agreement with U.S. Helicopters, Inc. at the Heliport. The Lease Agreement provides for a term of approximately two years commencing March 2, 2007 and terminating February 28, 2009 at an annual rental of $15,283 year one and $16,011. The Agreement also provides for an option period of two additional terms of one year each. Board Paper Gordon Graham Field a) Consider for approval a project to update the Master Plan/Airport Layout Plan (ALP) for Hendricks County Airport/Gordon Graham Field and an award of contract to Crawford, Murphy & Tilly, Inc., in an amount not-to-exceed $181,540, including all incidental expenses, as reviewed and recommended by the Construction Committee. DBE 19.2% (Martinez Corporation, VS Engineering, Inc., Parsons, Cunningham & Shartle Engineers, and Shrewsberry & Associates), MBE 15.0% (Martinez Corporation, VS Engineering, Inc., and Shrewsberry & Associates), WBE 5.0% (Parsons, Cunningham & Shartle Engineers and Repro Graphics Digital Imaging, Inc.).
