5 Artist License- Annual Fee $50 9. BOARD OF HEALTH POLICY ON FEE COLLECTIONS Government agencies and charitable organizations will not be charged fees for services. Delinquent fees will be charged an additional $40 per month. Fees for environmental health services may be waived or reduced where collection may prove counter to the goals of public health. In accordance with the Official Code of Georgia a(6), the Gilmer County Board of Health and Gilmer County Board of Commissioners hereby approve and adopt this environmental health fee for services schedule.
