"The improvement of Energy effectiveness and reduction of toxic substances to the implementation directory of green products and services in INTEMO SA" cofinanced within the framework of Norwegian Funds program Green Industry Programme Innocation Poland, invited to tender: Installation of photovoltaic technology SMART WIRE power of 80,25kWp, located on the roofs INTEMO S.A.. 1. Description of the order: Subject of the order is to build a photovoltaic system with a capacity of 80,25kWp. Installation Specification: Generator power - min. 80,25kWp The number of PV modules - min. 321 pcs. (Min power 250 Wp) Generator surface - min. 532m2 The number of PV inverters 4pcs. 3 2.Term of the order realisation The deadline for the installation's use: 31/03/ Description of the criteria for the selection of offers The evaluation of offers will be made by awarding points sent in offers in the accepted criterion, adopting the principle that 1% = 1 point Points for the price criterion will be calculated by: The price of the cheapest offer / bid price studied x 100 = number of points The best bid will be considered the offer with the highest score. 4. Description of the method of preparation of offers: Offers submitted in response to a request must be submitted using the form which constitutes Attachment No. 1 to the inquiry and signed by the person authorized to make statements on behalf of the offerent and must include: Dane oferenta 1. Current extract from the register or from the central records and information about business, issued not earlier than 6 months before the deadline for submission of offers. The offer must be made in Polish, in writing to be valid. Every document that the Offer should be legible. Each document submitted together with the Offer drawn up in a language other than Polish must be submitted together with a translation into Polish. Any amendment to the offerr, and in particular any rework, strikethrough, supplement, override, etc. It should be initialed by the offerent - otherwise it will not be taken into account. It is recommended that you make the offer typewriter or computer.

Term, place and manner of submission of tenders: Offers must be submitted on the form of offers until 12 January 2017 for hours. 15:00 one of the following forms: electronic mail / personaly / by post / courier to the address ul. Evaluation of offers The best will be considered the offer is not subject to rejection, with the highest number of points. Purchaser informs that it reserves the right to contact only with the offerer whose offer will be considered the best. Purchaser to determine whether the offer contains an abnormally low price in relation to the scope of the order, may request the Contractor to provide explanations regarding the elements of the offer affecting the amount of money. Purchaser will improve the offer: 1) The obvious misprints, 2) obvious calculation errors, taking into account the consequences of the accounting corrections made, 3) other errors involving non-compliance with the tender request for a proposal, does not cause significant changes in the content of the offer, - Immediately notifying the Contractor, whose offer has been corrected.
