2 EVDENCE OF TRANSFER OF CLAM DAMOND PEAK TRADERS SENTNEL, LP, FKA DAMOND PEAK TRADERS, LP, a limited partnership, its successors and assigns (collectively, "Assignor"), pursuant to that certain Transfer of Claim Agreement dated ~ul~~k2008, has hereby absolutely and unconditionally sold, transferred and assigned to Diamond Peak Capital LLC, its successors and assigns (collectively, "Assignee") the general unsecured claim (the "Claim"), in the principal amount of $763,482.06, against Sentinel Management Group, nc., (the "Debtor") in the bankruptcy proceedings (the "Proceedings") in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of llinois, case no or any other court with jurisdiction over such proceedings.
