If you are the high bidder you may choice to take as many parcel as you wish in any combination. Any parcels that are left shall be offered in the same manner until all the parcels have been taken. CLOSING: On or before August 30th DEPOSIT: $50,000 per parcel day of auction, balance due at closing TERMS & CONDITIONS: Registration: To register, bidders must provide name, address, phone number, and valid driver s license. All real estate taxes are current and shall be prorated to date of possession at closing.

5 Farm Lease: The 2013 farm is lease has been terminated. Second half of the cash rent sale transfer to the new buyer with the lease agreement. Second payment is $ per US FSA cropland acre due November 1st. Purchase Agreement: The successful bidder shall execute a purchase agreement immediately after being declared the winning bidder by the auctioneer. Please note: The purchase agreement will offer NO contingencies for financing, or any other alterations to the agreement.
