There shall be no outside storage of equipment, parts, or materials. 4. The canopy over the fueling pump area shall be removed within 90 days of City Council approval. 5. The free-standing sign shall be modified to conform to the City Zoning Ordinance or be removed within 90 days of City Council approval. If a new free-standing sign is installed, it shall be a monument-style sign, no more than 8 feet in height with a brick base of at least two feet in height. 6. The vehicular driveway entrances on southeast portion of the site, closest to the intersection of Virginia Beach Boulevard and Thalia Road, with one on each roadway, shall be closed within 90 days of City Council approval. The closed areas shall be landscaped in accordance with the Site Plan Ordinance, Section 5A, Landscape requirements.

The cargo container behind the building shall be removed within 90 days of City Council approval. 8.
